Shaking Things Up at Regis: Ranger Dining Hosts Beverage Development Session

Ranger Dining stirred up excitement on campus earlier this month with a weeklong beverage culinary development session held right here at Regis.

The initiative brought together a talented group of professionals from across the country, including our Registered Dietitian, Executive Chefs, marketing and social media teams, and culinary support staff. Their shared mission: to explore fresh beverage concepts and craft innovative recipes for the seasons ahead.

Throughout the week, the team tested more than twenty beverages before selecting standout creations for the Regis community to sample and review. Each day introduced something new. Mornings kicked off with a coffee and hot chocolate pop-up featuring emerging seasonal flavor ideas.

Early lunch rolled into boba and shaken teas made with bright, refreshing ingredients—some designed to help promote balance and focus. By late lunch, the menu shifted to bold and playful dirty sodas inspired by trending flavor combinations. Evenings wrapped up with speakeasy-style mocktails showcasing thoughtful presentation and inventive pairings.

Every drink crafted during the session balanced creativity with quality, reflecting current trends while staying true to the Ranger Dining mission of delivering an exceptional guest experience.
